For the seniors you love

An AI assistant of their own.

Bruno is designed for seniors who want to stay independent. He takes the phone when your loved one can't or rather not, always with their safety in mind. He remembers things for them, reminds them to get to the post office before they close, and looks up tomorrow's weather when they ask. All by conversation, in the language they prefer. No need for apps, portals, or logins. Their own assistant, just a phone call away.

want to hear him in action?

Call Bruno. He's standing by.

Bruno is set up right now for a senior named Mary — try asking him things like "what did I tell you about Doctor Patel?" or "remind me to call my daughter at three."

(949) 997-2648

about a three‑minute demo — we won't sign you up for anything.

Picks up when they can't, or rather not.

When your loved one is busy, declines a call, or just doesn't hear the phone, Bruno answers in their place, politely, and always with their safety in mind. He talks to real callers, takes detailed messages, and recognizes the patterns of scam calls in real time. You get a clean summary and full transcript in your inbox after every call.

  • Only answers when the call would otherwise go unanswered
  • Recognizes scam tactics, pressure, impersonation, requests for personal info
  • Takes detailed messages from real callers
  • Emails you a summary and full transcript every time

Remembers things, on their schedule.

Sometimes seniors don't want to write things down. Sometimes they forget where they wrote them. Bruno is the assistant who remembers, and reminds them at the time they asked. Just by talking on the phone.

"Bruno, remind me to call my daughter at three." Bruno calls back at 3:00 with the reminder.
"Bruno, remember that my granddaughter's birthday is June 12th." Recalled whenever they ask, weeks or months later.
"Bruno, what did I tell you about Dr. Patel?" "You told me his office is on Fifth Avenue and your next appointment is May 22nd."
  • Calls back at the time they ask, for medications, appointments, anything
  • Remembers names, dates, family details, anything they want to keep track of
  • Only your loved one can ask. Verified by their phone number on every call.

Looks things up, by voice, by phone.

Most of the internet is stuck behind a smartphone, a keyboard, and a learning curve. Bruno lets the seniors you love find what they need the same way they'd ask a knowledgeable friend, by asking a question, out loud, over the phone.

"Bruno, what's the weather like in Phoenix tomorrow?"
"Bruno, what time does Walgreens close tonight?"
"Bruno, who won the Dodgers game last night?"
  • Plain language questions. Plain language answers.
  • Weather, news, store hours, sports scores, recipes, general knowledge
  • Patient, they can ask as many follow-up questions as they like
  • No searching. No scrolling. No typing.

Speaks their first language.

If your mother grew up speaking Spanish, or your grandfather is more comfortable in Mandarin, or your aunt prefers Tagalog, Bruno speaks the way they do. Naturally, fluently, with the right accent and rhythm. They can talk to him the way they talk at home. No translation app required. No simplified English.

"Bruno, ¿cuál es el clima en Phoenix mañana?" "Mañana en Phoenix hará 95 grados, con sol despejado."
English Español 中文 हिन्दी العربية Français Português Deutsch 日本語 한국어 Tagalog & 20 more
  • 30+ languages, with native accent and intonation
  • Bruno follows along when they switch languages mid-sentence
  • Their language at home becomes their language with Bruno

You stay in the loop.

Bruno is your loved one's assistant, not yours.

But you don't have to wonder what's happening on their phone. After every call Bruno answers, you get a transcript and a short summary in your inbox. You'll know who called, what they wanted, and whether it's anything worth following up on.

Set it up in five minutes.

You handle the account, billing, and configuration from your phone or computer. The only step that has to happen on your loved one's phone is one short carrier code, about 30 seconds, that turns on call forwarding to Bruno. We walk you through the exact code for their carrier. After that, their phone works the same as it always has.

  • One 30-second step on their phone, we tell you the exact code for their carrier
  • Works with every major US carrier (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and most prepaid brands
  • No apps to install on their phone, ever
  • They keep their existing phone number, contacts, and ringtone, everything stays the same

A note from the founder

Why I'm building Bruno.

I love the idea of using AI to help the people I love most, my parents now, and probably me a little later.

Scammers spend more time and money trying to fool people over sixty than any other group. They prey on what makes our parents who they are: politeness, the urge to help, the instinct to pick up when the phone rings.

Bruno is the assistant I wanted on my mother's phone. Patient. Polite. Endlessly suspicious of strangers asking for money. The kind of help I'd want for myself one day, too.

I hope Bruno can be your peace of mind too.

— Henry

Just in case you were wondering

The questions families
actually ask.

Can I set this up for someone other than my parents?
Yes, Family Protection works for any senior you love. Parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, the older neighbor you check on, a longtime mentor or friend. You're the account holder; theirs is the protected line. The setup is the same; the love is the same.
Will the senior I'm protecting know Bruno is there?
Their phone rings exactly as it always has. They pick up if they want. Bruno only steps in for the calls they don't answer themselves, calls they let ring out, hit decline on, or were too busy to grab. So most of the time, they don't notice he's there. And when they do want to talk to Bruno, they just dial his number.
Does Bruno block calls from reaching my parent?
No, and that's intentional. Your parent stays in full control of their phone. Bruno doesn't block calls or stop incoming rings; he's a patient voice that picks up when your parent doesn't. If they want to answer a call themselves, they can. If they let it ring out, hit decline, or are busy, Bruno catches it and emails you a summary. (For families who want full screening of every call, our Concierge tier, with number porting and white-glove setup, is coming soon.)
What if a real doctor or pharmacy calls?
Add them to your trusted list during setup. When they reach Bruno (because the call wasn't picked up), Bruno asks who's calling. If they give a name on the trusted list and their phone number matches what's on file, Bruno reconnects them to your loved one. Anyone whose name or number doesn't match gets the polite-but-skeptical treatment, Bruno takes a message and emails you the transcript.
How will I know what calls Bruno has answered?
You'll get an email for every call Bruno answers (scam, real caller, anything) with a summary and the full transcript. Send to one inbox or several; recipients are set during onboarding and can be changed any time. Your full call history is also in your online portal, searchable at any time. (SMS notifications aren't supported yet; they're on the roadmap.)
Will my card be charged today?
No. We collect a card at signup so we can keep your service running if you decide to stay, but we don't authorize or charge it until day 8. If you cancel any time in the first 7 days, you pay nothing. And if Bruno isn't right for your family in the first 60 days, we refund every penny, no questions asked.
Does this work with a landline?
In most cases, yes. Bruno works with any phone (cell, VoIP, or landline) as long as the line supports forwarding to an external number. On many traditional landlines, "call forwarding" is a paid carrier feature that may need to be enabled on the account first. We recommend a quick call to your parent's carrier to confirm before signing up. Cell phones and VoIP services (Spectrum Voice, Xfinity Voice, Fios, Ooma, etc.) almost always work out of the box. Your parent keeps their existing number either way.
Can the senior I'm protecting call Bruno back?
Yes, and only they can. Bruno's number is theirs to call any time. He can check their call history, set reminders for them, remember important things (a doctor's appointment, a grandchild's birthday), or look up information on the internet. Bruno verifies their phone number on every call, so only the person you registered during setup can ask him these things. Anyone else gets the polite scam-shield treatment.
What languages does Bruno speak?
Over 30 languages with native accent and intonation, English, Spanish, Mandarin, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, Korean, Tagalog, and more. Your loved one talks to Bruno in whichever language they're most comfortable with, and Bruno follows along even if they switch mid-sentence.
Is the call data private?
Yes. Recordings and transcripts of calls Bruno answers are encrypted and accessible only via your account portal. Trusted callers go through a brief verification with Bruno, he asks who's calling, and if their name and phone number match the trusted list, he reconnects them to your loved one. Calls your loved one makes to Bruno (to set reminders, ask questions, etc.) are private and not emailed to you.
Can my parent still answer the phone themselves?
Yes, and that's exactly the point. During setup we'll have you turn on "forward when busy or no answer" on their phone. The phone rings normally; they pick up whoever they want; Bruno only answers the calls they don't, like a smart voicemail with a much sharper instinct. They never lose control of their phone.
What if Bruno confuses my parent or they hate it?
Most parents never notice Bruno is there. Cancel any time. If Bruno isn't right for your family in the first 60 days, we refund every penny, no questions asked.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. The only thing that has to happen on your loved one's phone is one short carrier code, about 30 seconds, that turns on call forwarding to Bruno. We provide step-by-step iPhone and Android instructions for every major carrier; you can do it next time you visit, or walk them through on a call together. After that, you manage everything from your own portal.
